DeutschQuan Guan continues the 1:48 series with this model, while COBI seems to have ended this scale. Nevertheless, it is the first KV-1 of this size.

Construction
Of course, with such a small model there isn’t too much to build. Basically everything is placed, quite unspectacularly, on the plates of the hull. Only for the video did I build the casters separately, contrary to the instructions. The tracks don’t run on smooth surfaces, but just a piece of paper is enough for them to work perfectly.
The upper, completely tiled part of the hull is then actually built separately and attached to the lower part. Areas for the turret are also created separately and then attached to the basic structure by reversing the construction direction.
Conclusion:
The quality of this set was comparatively good, which is definitely not the case with all Quan Guan products. For little money you can get the currently only KV-1 in 1:48 scale.
