Construction
In contrast to the equally large Antonov, no technical components are used here. Here and there this comes at the expense of stability. System components reach their limits at this size. This is particularly noticeable with the swing sashes. To ensure a secure stand, additional supports made of transparent stones must also be built. The suspension chassis is nice, but constantly comes loose due to leverage. The numerous fine lines on the tiles on the top are completely solved with stickers. More than 70 pieces have to be attached for this. After all, they are transfer stickers that look like prints and do not completely cover all the stones.
Both the front and rear are built from system components and therefore show many edges and knobs. Some people like this construction method without molded parts, others prefer a model building look that makes ample use of molded parts.
Conclusion:
This model is not suitable for gaming. However, it is a bit too big and too angular for the shelf. Even though it’s reasonably priced, it probably won’t appeal to too many fans of military clamping blocks.
